They got roaches and ion mess wit dem
Staff (especially stephanie—that girl needs a raise! she alone helped us with 99% of our questions) is extremely kind and the amenities are great! We couldn’t stay due to the roaches/“water bugs”. Especially living on the ground floor, nothing, including the exterminator, could get rid of them. We had several other friends that lived here and have since moved out because of it, even ones on the third floor above us. I’d recommend a complex owned by hawthorne— much cleaner and more updated.
