This was my second lawyer in my child custody case. She had one job and one job only and that was to get me 50% custody. I finally agreed the day of the trial to 40% custody after her multiple attempts to get me to accept it. Right before we went into the trial my lawyer and the other lawyer both talked and came up with a plan.
