This one’s for the reception (service advisors) - they’re always so disorganized, came back a year later and still the drop off process is non existent. Granted they’re busy on their laptops, but at least one person should offer to help? You’d stand at the lobby, they look at you, then they look down like you’re not even there. Soooo rude. Three stars because there’s no signage indicating where the truck entrance is, which made arrival confusing. I have attached an image where the entrance is located. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly. The guy at receiving with glasses was very helpful. The lot is very tight for backing in, and there’s no overnight parking available.
