Updates : I traded in my Model X for a Hybrid Lexus due to the horrible service I experienced in this service center! The worst service center ever. Usually will not diagnose the issue then charge you for diagnosis time, as well as unprofessional communications!
The people were nice and wanted to do their best. The place doesn't look like a Tesla site! Was told that they are waiting to have a new place. One store/service center for three provinces is not good! Had to drive 8xx km to get my car.
Quick stop to get the 12V battery in my Model 3 replaced ahead of winter. First time at the service center (been spoiled by mobile service). Thanks Josh for squeaking me in. Also test drove the Model S while waiting. Awesome ride! Great experience all around!
