Bought a house equipped with solar panels installed by Solar City/Tesla and moved in to the house in May. We were notified that Solar City/Tesla technicians were coming out because the system was not performing well via their online monitoring. The technicians came out on May 29th and quickly discovered that there was a missing panel on the roof. Solar was installed on July. Took them 2 months to submit validation packet to HECO. Was told it would be 3 weeks after installation. It's now October and still waiting for approval to turn it on.
Unfortunately, after give 5 stars i starting having issues.. i have now been waiting to have my panels replaved due to issue ..impossible to get straight answer.
