Austin was fantastic, professional, courteous, and transparent. Same treatment we’ve gotten from this company since we started using them. Identified a fire hazard separate from what I initially hired him for, and fixed it on the spot; massive weight off our minds with a newborn in the house.
Austin Simmons sent me an e-mail introducing himself and letting me know that he was with Firefly Electrical Services and would be installing my lights later that day. He phoned when he was on his way and again when he was almost here. He was a great blend of professional and friendly. He got right to work installing the lights while we chatted a little. The lights look great and work well - exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend Austin to anyone needing to have electrical work done!
I would not recommend Firefly Electric Services based on my experience. Initially, they scheduled my appointment three weeks out, and I arranged my schedule and took time off work to be home for the service. On the day of the appointment, they called and said they didn’t have anyone available and needed to reschedule for the following week. The same thing happened again — they called and said they still didn’t have a technician available and the soonest appointment would now be another month out.
