This was my second time using this company and the consistency is why I’m leaving another review. Same punctual service, same clear communication, and no surprise charges at the end. This visit was for installing recessed lighting in the hallway, and the final result honestly made the whole area feel newer.
Awesome service! I had a flickering bulb and had tried replacing the bulb and the switch but it was still an issue. They came out and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes!!! Would highly recommend.
Austin was fantastic, professional, courteous, and transparent. Same treatment we’ve gotten from this company since we started using them. Identified a fire hazard separate from what I initially hired him for, and fixed it on the spot; massive weight off our minds with a newborn in the house.
Austin Simmons sent me an e-mail introducing himself and letting me know that he was with Firefly Electrical Services and would be installing my lights later that day. He phoned when he was on his way and again when he was almost here. He was a great blend of professional and friendly. He got right to work installing the lights while we chatted a little. The lights look great and work well - exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend Austin to anyone needing to have electrical work done!
