We thought this would be a good place to charge while we were on a tour, and arrived with lower than optimal charge. The entire station is down.
I charged my Tesla Y from 43% to 94% in the time that I took a tour and watched a movie. I would definitely return again for another tour of the grounds to be able to enjoy a decent charge while having a fun time.

It was available mid-week off peak season. We had friends in another vehicle pick us up and we enjoyed a couple of hours at Hearst Ranch Winery. The sign says gate closes at 5pm so we didn't take a chance and returned at 445. We got about 15% charge, and it was free so I'm not going to complain about speed. There were some chargers that looked like they could use a little maintenance, and one was out of order.
