It was available mid-week off peak season. We had friends in another vehicle pick us up and we enjoyed a couple of hours at Hearst Ranch Winery. The sign says gate closes at 5pm so we didn't take a chance and returned at 445. We got about 15% charge, and it was free so I'm not going to complain about speed. There were some chargers that looked like they could use a little maintenance, and one was out of order.

There are about 5 stations with 1-2 long charging cords. We noticed some were unmaintained and/or broken. If you are arriving later in the day you are likely to not charge, come early and you'll be able to snag a 8kW charge session. There is a charger near the handicap at front as well with the far left parking spot available for anyone.

4 tesla and 4 j771. tis indeed free.. charging @ 8kwh. one tesla charger tagged down
