They’ve swapped the old chargers, including 2 TDC’s,for 3 48A Flo chargers. They are for guest use only. You should always carry your j1772 adapter and you need it here!
The chargers are located in another area of the property further back from the main building. They replaced the Tesla charger units with J1772 type chargers so be sure to bring an adapter plug if you are coming over with Tesla. Was only getting something like 6 amps when there were other cars charging but it eventually went up to 48 amps after they left. Overall a decent place to charge up and spend time at the lodge's restaurant before heading out from Winthrop.
Two chargers out of 3 were working the night we stayed, and there were 4 teslas to charge. Make sure you bring an adapter and a cable (there is also an outlet at the charger that could be used if all chargers are occupied).
The two Tesla charging stations were available when we arrived at 8 pm and worked perfectly. We had a full charge the next morning August 26, 2023.
I've used this many times with my Model Y. I'd give it 5 stars except for: A: It's up a long, steep mountain road, so it'll eat a lot of juice just getting here from Winthrop. B: The resort has a strict No Dogs policy, so we never stay there. Great place for hiking in the summer, and XC skiing in the winter. Great views.
