I don't know why the location is set to the next block over, but this charger is attached to the Best Western Big Lake Inn hotel, not the mostly-empty lot across the street from it. There is definitely a charger here (two outlets), but I suggest calling ahead and verifying that it is still up and running. Since it is only a 'Destination Charger', it is only a 240-Volt circuit, so plan on charging overnight. You are expected to be a hotel guest to use the chargers.
