Chargers were not operational due to a breaker, according to management at Palette Restaurant.
One of them does work, although painfully slow.
All four chargers are broke (two J1772 and two Tesla). Don't bother trying to use any of them.
One of the two available chargers had bent prongs. The other charged for about 8 minutes before it stopped and would not start again, even after replugging in.
So, there were several reviews that said it was broken. Turns out....yeah they are broken. However, don't fret friends, if you are low on power in Warsaw there are charge super chargers conveniently located in South Bend.
