Truly disgusted. My camera was good before I dropped it off. I had functioning FSD before I left my car with them. They changed a new camera and when I picked up the car my FSD was not working anymore. I was told to “continue driving and wait for calibration”, after driving myself for 150+miles they told me the actual issue is a failed computer. Why didn’t you put at least 50 miles on it to make sure the FSD was calibrated and working before I picked it up? The first time I got it from the shop, I could use it immediately. the rental smelled bad and it was dirty in the storage too. This is really disgusting if i have to take time off to drive myself to your shop to fix your problem.

I have tried and tried in good faith to work with Tesla and the general manager at the Tempe location. They demand an express mechanic's lien to do warranty work on a brand new car, when no money is due. Tesla has a legal obligation to fix the paint issue, and Tesla can't legally make that repair contingent on the customer authorizing a special "express" mechanic's lien. They are refusing to do the service, forcing this first time Tesla owner to spend my money to force them to fix the paint problem they created.
