Great team, who worked with me to get everything completed in a very reasonable time frame.
Terrible experience. Lead you to believe insurance will cover expenses. Do work before adjuster is finished and just expect customer to come out of pocket. Leave messages unread. Did more work than needed to make more profit. I would stay away or make sure all information is clear and upfront. Very bad business.
I had an outstanding experience at Tesla's Collision Center in Tempe! I brought my new Model 3 Performance in for a few paint blemishes I noticed after delivery, and the shop manager, Jason, was phenomenal.
