I own a model 3 and a cybertruck. I took my model 3 for collision repair. I had problems with the rear tail light and had to take it back. They supposedly fixed it but the problem came back and they won’t stand behind their work because it is more than a year. The problem is obviously due to the lack to their lack of proper repair as I already had to take it to the once. Beware and make sure you go over everything with a fine tooth comb because the will not stand behind their work in the long run

This place. Ugh!! Best to avoid. I had them repair my car over a year and a half ago. They were horribly overpriced but at the time I felt I didn't have a choice because of the long wait with Kaizen. They wouldn't deal with the insurance company so I had to pay out of pocket. I paid over $5000 for a small front bumper/headlamp repair. I thought everything was fine. We have three Teslas. Never have we had issues. Then over a year passes and they call back to say I owe more. When I picked up the car they had me pay the balance... read more
