The ladies at the front desk are courteous and friendly
Is zero star an option? Do not take your Tesla here you will only deal with more headaches. Dropped off for a minor repair and they had my car for more than 5 days. Gave us the most disgusting rental car to drive. And our car is worse than we dropped it off. Side panel of the door is completely rough where I have a bigger problem on my hands. Do not take your car here they have no idea what they are doing.
I hate to have to write this review but I truly feel it’s necessary so another customer does go through what my wife and I had to go through. It took three months for them to fix my bumper and trunk. They kept extending the time of completion over 7 times. When we went to finally go and pick it up. Still issues with the rebuild not the same at all wanted to keep it again because no one seen the discrepancies after three months of keeping the vehicle. My Tesla was delivered to me with damage to the paint on the hood and other parts to the vehicle. I went through the appropriate channels to have it fixed and was approved by the Mesa service to have it sent to the collision center in Tempe for paint correction. Joh Streeter responded to me through the app that my claim was denied and a 3rd party had serviced my vehicle (a lie) so the paint would not be fixed. The repair took a bit longer than expected for a minor paint job, but the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, they kept me well-updated, and they provided a loaner car. Good experience overall!
