Great team, who worked with me to get everything completed in a very reasonable time frame.
Terrible experience. Lead you to believe insurance will cover expenses. Do work before adjuster is finished and just expect customer to come out of pocket. Leave messages unread. Did more work than needed to make more profit. I would stay away or make sure all information is clear and upfront. Very bad business.
I had an outstanding experience at Tesla's Collision Center in Tempe! I brought my new Model 3 Performance in for a few paint blemishes I noticed after delivery, and the shop manager, Jason, was phenomenal. They did a great job repairing our car. Steve and Rob we both awesome in helping us.
I own a model 3 and a cybertruck. I took my model 3 for collision repair. I had problems with the rear tail light and had to take it back. They supposedly fixed it but the problem came back and they won’t stand behind their work because it is more than a year. The problem is obviously due to the lack to their lack of proper repair as I already had to take it to the once. Beware and make sure you go over everything with a fine tooth comb because the will not stand behind their work in the long run
