Update 3: Well the Model X loaner was a much better experience for the few days I had it. I'm eager to pickup my vehicle tomorrow as it being charged and prepped tonight. As long as all the repairs are completed as expected, I will keep my review at the now 4 stars. I still have to dock a star for even trying to make me drive the original junker that was literally falling apart. Update 2: Fortunately I was able to get a hold of someone and get a new loaner that isn't falling apart. It was a waste of 90 minutes of my time having to drive all the way back again and swap the car, and I'm frustrated they even have the other in the road, but at least this one is working well. Let's hope all works out with the repairs and I can continue to increase this rating. Currently moving from 1 star to 3. I Leased a used 2022 Tesla Y Performance and on delivery it had some damage. The car was wonderful so I figured they'd make it right. I was told it would be covered for repairs so I set an appointment. I ended up having to wait over 2 months for a loaner which is fine I guess. But the loaner was the jalopy of Tesla. The front axle mount was loose so it clicked when changing between regen breaking and accelerating, it stunk like dirty feet, the windshield wipers hardly worked and it was raining when I picked up the car, the a... read more

Atención!! después del servicio supuestamente hay garantía. Lamentablemente me acabo de dar cuenta que eso no existe. Te checan el récord de tu carro. Después de qué los llevaste con él si fuiste a la farmacia al doctor a la Marqueta todo te sale con tal de no pagar la garantía o excluir la garantía. Al principio todos miel sobre hojuelas después enséñan el cobre. Lamentablemente soy uno menos que va a usar Tesla porque sólo dependemos de Tesla. Nadie más puede hacer el trabajo.
