The repair took a bit longer than expected for a minor paint job, but the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, they kept me well-updated, and they provided a loaner car. Good experience overall!
Truly disgusted. The air pressure below recommendation warning appeared less than a week after “repair”. The affected tire is the same left-front wheel that was dismounted and remounted during the repair. They released my car with a crack in it that was losing air (at the rate of going back to the shop once a week). I am really disgusted with their work. My camera was good before I dropped it off. Truly disgusted. My camera was good before I dropped it off. I had functioning FSD before I left my car with them. They changed a new camera and when I picked up the car my FSD was not working anymore. I was told to “continue driving and wait for calibration”, after driving myself for 150+miles they told me the actual issue is a failed computer. Why didn’t you put at least 50 miles on it to make sure the FSD was calibrated and working before I picked it up? The first time I got it from the shop, I could use it immediately. the rental smelled bad and it was dirty in the storage too. This is really disgusting if i have to take time off to drive myself to your shop to fix your problem.
