The service here is incredibly slow because of heavy workloads and an overwhelming number of cars that need repairs. So, be prepared to wait for your car for two months. Tesla needs to scale up their collision centers. If you’re looking for faster service, consider visiting a non-Tesla center.

Very disappointed with the experience so far. My car has been sitting there for nearly 2 weeks and still hasn’t even gotten fully inspected. Still no estimate on repairs. I was told initially there would be an estimate 48-72 hr after dropping it off but of course that hasn’t happened. They still haven’t ordered any replacement parts. It may be another month or two before I have my car repaired. I will seriously consider going to a non-Tesla collision center in the future. I’ve never had service this slow before

Chris and team were amazing with a rework job—I'd highly recommend this location over the San Jose Collision Center. I came to them after discovering numerous issues caused by an initial repair at the SJ center, and Chris handled the situation flawlessly. It was obvious that he wanted to make things right and did a phenomenal job listening to my concerns and getting everything addressed. I stopped by without an appointment and that was my first mistake. I didn’t know who to speak with when I pulled up but Sabrina walked by and seen me kinda lost and asked if she can help. I showed her a little scuff and scratch on my Model Y. She told me that it could be polished off without needing to paint the bumper. If I wanted to proceed I’d have to get an appointment set up but I ended up having a detail shop do it. This review is for her customer service and honesty. Thank you Sabrina!
