I would like to give some feedback on my experience while working with Kevin . A few weeks ago my Tesla's door got damaged. I was under a lot of stress trying to figure out how to get it fixed. I really appreciated the support I received while my Tesla Model Y Performance was being repaired after a minor accident. Robert was very kind and helpful when my insurance adjuster failed to mention I needed a separate appointment for a rental while my car was being repaired. He walked me through my options and got me into a rental quickly, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I took my car in for vandalism and coordinated with kevin. He made the whole process easy !. Then Louis worked in my car amd was lightning fast. He went out of his way to fix other little things in my car as a good gesture . Great people great shop and great work ethic 10/10 will be going back again.
After research it was suggested I get my car repaired at San Juan Capistrano location and they are worth the drive. I came from LA for repairs this time. Someone backed into my car on thanksgiving. Kevin and his team are incredible! Efficient, friendly and reputable. I had to get a rental this time and Robert assisted me with that. Very easy process.
