My wife’s model Y was hit in the right fender and bumper. After some research, we decided to go with Tesla Collision in San Juan Capistrano. Kevin P. assessed the damages and took care of all the paperwork to submit to our insurance for approval. He was thorough and made the whole process painless. The car came out like new and even got our car back a week before the estimated date.

I’ve had ongoing issues with a large and worsening tailgate gap on my 2022 Model 3, which Tesla service repeatedly told me was “within tolerance.” Eventually, the strut failed after the warranty expired, damaging the tailgate and rear window. I felt defeated after struggling with this issue back and forth every time I’ve taken my model 3 in for service. We had a failure of the under-pan making the car almost undrivable. They order needed parts quickly and I came back next day and it was done in 15 minutes.
