I had a great experience with Tesla Collision in San Juan Capistrano after my parked car was backed into. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of smoothly, including resolving a rental car issue. The manager even personally made sure I got into a rental, which was a huge help. My car came back looking as good as new, with the bumper and alignment perfectly repaired. I'm very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them!
I haven't taken my car to that shop yet as I am waiting on some insurance clearance, but here's what I experienced so far: I went to the center and met with Andy, who is an amazing person with great customer service skills. He listened to all my concerns and explained their pricing model and how it would work with my insurance. He spent 10-15 minutes answering my questions without an appointment, sensing my frustration.
