After research it was suggested I get my car repaired at San Juan Capistrano location and they are worth the drive. I came from LA for repairs this time. Someone backed into my car on thanksgiving. They’re rental department tried to commit fraud. I scheduled an appointment to repair a dent on my model Y and called ahead of time to ask if they offer rentals at their location. Robert who handles their rentals said yes and asked for my claim number to hold one of their cars for my appointment. I told him my claim had not been approved yet so I can’t rent one out but that I did have a claim number assigned to me through Tesla Insurance.
