Third bad experience here before service even starts. My 2024 Model Y has some noise in wheel and window when you roll it up. I was supposed to go in on 2/6 and they changed my appointment to 2/18 without asking saying we have backlog. I changed my work schedule and these people change things at last moment.
Worst service ever! This service center is full of some of the most uneducated representatives it’s sad.
I took my car to have it repaired here. After they did the repairs and drove it home I started to hear a noise under the car. Since Tesla was already closed when I picked it up I had to go back the following day. Well the cover they removed to do the repairs they either broke it or partially broke it. Now they are trying to charge me to have it replaced $700. Something they caused.
