This location is under staffed, I would recommend scheduling your service at a different location. I had two service appointments cancelled the day before after waiting 30 days. At this point, I’ll be waiting for 3 months to service my vehicle / unable to drive my Y.
My experience with Tesla has been the worst. I picked up my vehicle on May 5 at 3:00 p.m., and everything seemed fine until I drove it that night. That’s when I noticed bugs crawling around inside the cabin. I quickly realized the vehicle had an active roach infestation. The very next day, I contacted Tesla to report the issue. Unethical! Do not buy from here! Tried to make unethical charges over $2k on my credit card and refused to return it. Do NOT TRUST THEM
Bought 6 teslas in my life mostly Hempstead location and woodlands , got a used model x which was sold with no supercharging capabilities , picked up car Saturday's went in service for that reason Mondays in the woodlands , got car back Friday's drove , Saturday ac shut off and would blow , Sunday FSD thermal issue , Monday back to woodlands service where it now for them yet again to figure it out ! Just draining !
