Super ridiculous customer service. I dropped off my CT because of the exterior trigger problems same as I created the ticket. But they didn’t do anything on the exterior trigger but diagnosed on the inner trigger. Finally told me there was nothing problem on the inner trigger. Of course there couldn’t be any problems on inner trigger the problem is coming from exterior trigger. And customer service asked me to create a new service ticket and wait another few months!
Dropped my Cybertruck off for service at the Richmond location today and the experience was fantastic. Alison and Victor were friendly and efficient checking me in, and Victor took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I felt taken care of. It’s refreshing to receive such genuine customer service. Thank you!
I was in an accident a few days ago and needed help. I Scheduled everything through the app and tried calling them to get things situated. You CANNOT get through to a HUMAN at all. As soon as you click the option to speak to a rep it immediately goes to voicemail. Understandable, you’re probably super busy, however, I NEVER got a call back. I called and left a VM three days in a row with no call back at all. I even messaged them through the app and they never responded.
