Tesla bait and switch. Had a rep help me with my order, assure me the vehicle would be ready in a week or 2 maximum, and that my trade in value wouldn't decrease. My trade in was unilaterally decreased by Tesla nearly 20% and 2 weeks and still waiting for delivery date. You can call or message Tesla and you will not get anyone with any information beyond whatever the app says.
I am not sure whether managers or supervisors read Google reviews, but I would like to extend a sincere THANK YOU to Hasam for his service today. If “going above and beyond” was a person, he truly exemplified it. We came in for our scheduled Tesla delivery today, and there were a few minor hiccups along the way. While the showroom staff is friendly, this location is understaffed and disorganized aross both its sales and service departments. Showroom: I visited on a Saturday afternoon, which was clearly a busy time for them. Despite having an appointment for a test drive, I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to be available to check me in, followed by more waiting at every step, including getting into the car and waiting for a key card to be synced. Contactles and efficient service. No waiting around, your appointment time is kept to and real time progress of work being done is communicated via the messaging app. I would have given it 5 stars if they gave you the opportunity to speak to the service provider, so I could ask questions about the service done and if there was any recommendations. There was also no contact number incase you had questions, I had to search on the internet for that number
