No waiting around, your appointment time is kept to and real time progress of work being done is communicated via the messaging app. I would have given it 5 stars if they gave you the opportunity to speak to the service provider, so I could ask questions about the service done and if there was any recommendations. There was also no contact number incase you had questions, I had to search on the internet for that number
My experience at this location has been great with both the sales and service team! Kevin from the sales team was just a genuinely nice person. We never felt pressured during our demo drive, and he was very personable. He also went out of his way to help me when there was hiccup during my delivery process at the cypress location.
