Terrible experience all around. They repeatedly told me to get a rental through my insurance, Tesla insurance, and Tesla insurance doesn’t respond. No estimates, no timeframes, just leave us your car rent or buy another in the meantime because our insurance company is worthless and you can only call overfull voicemail boxes with zero help. The collision center finally repaired my vehicle only to have obvious paint imperfections. Okay, let’s face it… NOBODY likes getting their car worked on, especially if it’s going to take a long time. Thank goodness for the staff and management at Tesla Collision Center in Reno, NV. Upon entering the lobby, I was warmly greeted by Kita and Tara at the front desk who instantly seemed to actually value my presence.
