I was the victim of a reverse rear-ending that severely damaged the entire front end of my car. The team at Tesla Collision Center Reno was gracious, cooperative, and incredibly meticulous. They repaired it perfectly and even helped arrange the protective coating before pickup. They were also kind enough to hold the car for a few extra days due to my schedule. All i can say is superb! Customer service, awesome! These guys know how to do it. Took my car in for a simple repair to the front quarter panel and they were amazing! Tesla is seriously an amazing car!

Absolutely fantastic service from Tesla in Reno. Jennifer was incredibly helpful from start to finish: communicative, friendly, and on top of every detail. They replaced the windshield on my 2025 Model 3 and had it done within a day. The install looks perfect, everything is functioning beautifully so far. The whole process was smooth, professional, and way less stressful than I expected. Huge kudos to Jennifer and the service team. Highly recommend the Reno Tesla Service Center; they truly take care of their customers.
