Okay, let’s face it… NOBODY likes getting their car worked on, especially if it’s going to take a long time. Thank goodness for the staff and management at Tesla Collision Center in Reno, NV. Upon entering the lobby, I was warmly greeted by Kita and Tara at the front desk who instantly seemed to actually value my presence. Absolutely terrible job they didn’t seal the trunk and now the truck feels with water every time there’s a storm. Also, she was supposed to give me plastic clips for the front driver seat that they broke while they were taking it out my seat she told me to come back another day because they were out. I will never take my car here again absolutely the worst -10 and I have pictures of my trunk full of water because they didn’t seal it properly, this place is a joke
