All i can say is superb! Customer service, awesome! These guys know how to do it. Took my car in for a simple repair to the front quarter panel and they were amazing! Tesla is seriously an amazing car!
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My car was done very quickly and they washed it too!
This was an absolutely amazing service. I believe I had Daniel helping me. Very good at communication, they left my car cleaner than I left it and most of all I have no windshield crack now. Thank you guys again for an amazing service.
Absolutely fantastic service from Tesla in Reno. Jennifer was incredibly helpful from start to finish: communicative, friendly, and on top of every detail. They replaced the windshield on my 2025 Model 3 and had it done within a day. The install looks perfect, everything is functioning beautifully so far. The whole process was smooth, professional, and way less stressful than I expected. Huge kudos to Jennifer and the service team. Highly recommend the Reno Tesla Service Center; they truly take care of their customers.
Terrible experience all around. They repeatedly told me to get a rental through my insurance, Tesla insurance, and Tesla insurance doesn’t respond. No estimates, no timeframes, just leave us your car rent or buy another in the meantime because our insurance company is worthless and you can only call overfull voicemail boxes with zero help. The collision center finally repaired my vehicle only to have obvious paint imperfections.
