They charged me for the whole bill insisting they already applied my insurance claim. I should have only been charged my deductible but they told me I had to pay the full bill. My insurance company reimbursed me but this service center is run so poorly. This all happened after they forced me to reschedule my appointment twice after they gave away my part.
terrible service now! just wanted to know the update about the current service , they picked up phone , but put away on hold forever, no body talk .,....
They used to be good, but now they don't even fix your issues and return it back to you in the same condition then charge you for nothing. Tesla has gone downhill since and don't take care of their customers anymore that's why everyone is leaving Tesla now. They don't even have a lobby for you to sit in or even a loaner or pay for your Uber anymore.
