I wouldn’t recommend anybody going to this location. Showed up for my repair, and they have no rental cars available even though I reserved one. Drove 40 minutes one way, and they had no resolution other than having me go to enterprise to get a loaner vehicle at a higher rate. The manager on duty (I’m assuming because he went back into an office) Was less than friendly, and was to be honest, pretty rude. Never thought I would have this kind of experience at Tesla. These guys did a really excellent job to repair the hood of my car. I was frustrated about the situation (which had nothing to do with Tesla, obviously), but the team nevertheless patiently listened to all my concerns and went above and beyond to help us. A special thanks to Joseph, who all times was extremely professional, respectful, and helpful in all respects. We could not have asked for someone better than him to help us navigate this experience. Thanks to all, again.

I had a very positive experience with Ty. If you need an expert who is a top notch communicator, ask for him. I’m surprised to see all the negative reviews. My experience with Ty was 10/10. And of course I was not happy with the vehicle issues, but that’s not the collision center’s fault. Ty just stepped in, told me straight up what had to be done, executed, followed up, and got it done. I recommend asking for him if your experience is anything less.

I am going to take the time to review this based on their negative impact and increase in accidents in the area based on their staff management. Data on Citizen shows an increase of over 400 percent since the locations has opened.. They daily keep trucks blocking the center lane and visibility on 32nd and Union Hills. Seen several accidents caused by those trucks making navigating that area a danger to locals.
