I got into a incident with my Tesla, and I had the absolute pleasure to work with David "consider yourself lucky if you get to work with David". He helped me out through the whole process always called me back quickly when he didn't answer the phone. He also kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process! Joseph from the collision team in North Phoenix is amazing! I scheduled an appt for an estimate of work that needed to be done. He asked me to stop by so he could take a look at the damage and he was able to handle the problem so quickly and efficiently without doing much work to the vehicle. We were able to cancel our future appointment since he took care of it for the estimate visit. Thanks again Joseph!
Very efficient and seamless experience
This place should be closed down. Aaron did a complete horrible job of handling my situation. Car was in for over 30 days. I picked up broken again. They don't check there work. They don't road test vehicle to make sure all is good. Steer away from this place and save your headache
