Truly an amazing experience. From check in to delivery. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful at every step. John took care of the rental so efficiently and made the process seamless. Joseph sent constant and very informative communication throughout the repair phase. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of service and care provided. Thanks to everyone involved.
We came here to say goodbye to our car. David was incredibly helpful in helping us get our belongings out of it. Thank you, David, for your kindness and support during a difficult time.
I wouldn’t recommend anybody going to this location. Showed up for my repair, and they have no rental cars available even though I reserved one. Drove 40 minutes one way, and they had no resolution other than having me go to enterprise to get a loaner vehicle at a higher rate. The manager on duty (I’m assuming because he went back into an office) Was less than friendly, and was to be honest, pretty rude. Never thought I would have this kind of experience at Tesla.
