Sandy is the best at what she does, I walked in terrified from an accident. I went through and she immediately gave me water and put me at ease. She then went on to explain why this location will take care of me and my cyber truck. Resulting in me being a customer for this location, great staff great price definitely a place that I would come back to if anything ever happens to my cyber truck thank Sandy
Scott is the most unprofessional and incompetent person that I have ever encountered. I highly do not recommend coming to this place as long as he still works there.
I wouldnt take my Tesla anywhere else! Very helpful! And make everything as stress free as possible! From the management team, to the front desk that checks you in, everyone is very accommodating! Thank you Tesla for a wonderful experience!
I originally took the car to Paint. The side door had a little scratch. They painted the whole door insurance paid for it. When I got the car I missed that spot. I did not see it. When I noticed it later. I had a bit of a unique situation and was mistakenly directed here thinking I needed roof work done before installing a surf rack. Even though my car wasn’t actually in for a collision repair, Scott and Veronica C went above and beyond to help me out—they ended up installing the roof rack for me, which they don’t typically do.
