Great service and overall experience from start to finish. Both Veronicas were friendly, helpful, and professional. Scott and Moses were also excellent, easy to work with, and made everything go smoothly. Everyone took great care of us and made the whole experience simple and stress free. Highly recommend.
Update (5/4/26): Revisited Tesla collision Oceanside for a paint defect that occurred on my trunk lid. The manager Scott, and my service advisor Eric did a fantastic job addressing all of my concerns on the repair. They did not cut any corners as most repair centers would. They fully stripped the trunk, de trimmed, and resprayed the entire area rather than just spot paint. I originally took the car to Paint. The side door had a little scratch. They painted the whole door insurance paid for it. When I got the car I missed that spot. I did not see it. When I noticed it later. Sandy is the best at what she does, I walked in terrified from an accident. I went through and she immediately gave me water and put me at ease. She then went on to explain why this location will take care of me and my cyber truck. Resulting in me being a customer for this location, great staff great price definitely a place that I would come back to if anything ever happens to my cyber truck thank Sandy
Scott is the most unprofessional and incompetent person that I have ever encountered. I highly do not recommend coming to this place as long as he still works there.
