Zane was my awesome service advisor for the rear end collision repair on my 2023 Model 3! He did an excellent job addressing all of my concerns, and even went above and beyond with how the vehicle was returned to me. He was able to work with my busy schedule and allowed me to pick up the car after hours which was a tremendous help! Zero stars if possible. My Tesla has been stuck at the Oceanside Tesla Collision Center since September after a low-speed accident. I chose this shop because it carries the Tesla name — huge mistake. USAA estimated the repair at ~$9k. Tesla immediately doubled that number and then dragged the process out for months. They didn’t start repairs until November, and their communication has been chaotic and misleading.
