I have my car into Tesla collision center right now to replace bumper and let me tell you how helpful, professional And kind Alana G has been I can’t say enough good things about her so knowledgeable and professional I had a concern and she immediately took care of it, I mean above and beyond! I’m a business owner myself and offered her a job but she politely declined ( she may even be the owner I don’t know but ! If you love Your Tesla AS much as I do then feel Comfortable taking it into this center and Ask for Alana!
I took my car in two weeks ago for repair and a service member by name of Zane came and greeted me with big smile and a strong handshake. After that everything was a breeze. Tesla center finished repairing my car ahead of time fixing the damage to my trunk. Zane was very informative throughout the procedure and reached out to me at least once a week, telling me how my car repair is coming along by the way , He had a loaner car ready for me as soon as I got there. Team here at this Tesla location was great very communicative and over supported any questions I had. The process was smooth from the drop off, rental and fixing of the car.
Maria my estimator was timely in her updates, she worked hard to help with my insurance payment, she was proactive and new when to send me updates. María hustled to get me the car back as soon possible. María and the entire Oceanside Tesla Collison Center made what was a difficult and stressful experience manageable. The car looks great and like new after the repairs. Please know that I very much appreciate you all.
