I am devastated at the level of integrity and craftsmanship that this location brings to the Tesla name. I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair (brand new 2026 model y) and windshield replacement. Left with stained and stretched out seat and a split/tear in the dashboard. TOP NOTCHED across the board. The minitue my model S was dropped off to the moment it was collected, the service has trully been second to none. I was rear ended in my model 3. The car was covered in PPF. Tesla Collision Denver removed all of my clear bra, not just the back, and is now refusing to make it right after repairing the damage to my rear end. I provided intake photos, spoke with Vera and Savannah directly, and the shop acknowledged their mistake initially. But now the GM (Nate) decides to say that they did not remove or tamper with the PPF despite me having no recourse to do this myself, and despite me having their initial admission of guilt on record.
