The rental car department at Tesla Collision Denver was extremely disappointing. I reserved a rental on 6/29 for my 7/6 appointment and called 4 times that morning to confirm a car would be available before driving 45 minutes there. When I arrived, they told me they could not give me a rental because my car had not physically arrived yet, even though it was in transit that day. They were very attentive and spent ample time walking me through all repair procedures and related information.
