I want to give a shout out to Jason and the staff who were very helpful during a stressful day. My 3 month old Model Y “Eleanor” got hit while it was parked this afternoon and I had it towed to this facility. Jason took the time to walk me through the process and gave me great peace of mind about the facility and the repairs.
This is a five star for Chase. He was so kind and helpful. When I was told that the hood/bumper alignment couldn’t be improved, he noticed my frustration, took the car back, and adjusted it as best he could which improved it.
Great customer service from check in to check out. This is my second time using their services and both have been great experiences. The staff here are professional, positive, friendly, efficient, and communicative. I would highly recommend them over the Littleton Service Center if you can choose them.
