Scheduled a service and they called me next day. They were able to get me in before my booked appointment and pop my exterior rear panel back in for free. Kelly at the desk was great and Matt was very helpful showing me how to pop the panel back in.
I feel so much more confident with my Cybertruck now. I was really worried when the frunk wouldn’t open after owning it for 14 months. I brought it to the Tesla dealer, and they told me it couldn’t be fixed there—I had to take it to a Tesla Collision Center. I was confused at first about why it needed to be handled there, but I trusted the process. Amazing place! They fixed my car and washed and detailed it in record time. When I went to pick up my car, I walked passed it, thinking that it was a new car. Also, wonderful people.
This feedback concerns my experience with Tesla Cherry Hill Collision following the theft of my wheels and tires. My rims were stolen on October 21. There is no Tesla roadside assistance available for this situation, so I had to contact multiple tow companies before finding one equipped with wheel dollies to properly transport the vehicle. The lug nuts had also been stolen, so I made a separate trip to Tesla Service to purchase replacement lug nuts out of pocket before the car could even be towed.
