Easily the worst part of having a Tesla so far has been dealing with this body shop. They are consistently condescending and are uninterested in providing information as per the client’s request. When I first got a Tesla, I assumed that the vertical integration of service and body shops was a pro, but I’ve found it to be the single worst aspect of habit a tesla. For Tesla owners this is a great place. They seem to get parts fast and get the job done quickly.
I have 2019 tesla x front bumper damaged . They fixed with in 8 days . amazing service . Great communication . FRONT desk Guys they very helpfull . special Thanks for rental and collision incharge person . I will recommend everyones .....5star*****
Very poor communication. Would not trust them with the service. Make sure to have everything in writing.
