Although the customer service portion of this experience was overall great, the quality of work was very poor. The first time I brought my vehicle to this center it ended up with additional scratches and damages around neighboring panels where repairs were made. Newly painted areas were covered with swirl marks and marring. Parts of the newly painted bumper didn’t have any clear coat. Definitely NOT what they charge from insurance companies. I had my driver side rear door collision. Took 2 months to fix. When I got the car back my passenger rear door did not open from insides child lock and the door panel was half opened. This side was not even involved. They blamed it on me even though it was completely fine at the time when I dropped the car.
