I normally don’t leave reviews, but after talking with other Tesla owners who recommended I share my experience, I have to warn people about this place.. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a collision center. A few months ago, I was the victim of a hit-and-run and chose this Tesla Collision Center, assuming a Tesla service location would be the most professional and efficient option. I was completely wrong. The entire process was delayed due to poor communication and outright unprofessionalism.
