Our son hadn't made the first payment on his new Tesla when he hit something, damaging the front bumper. We took it to this collision center to do the repairs. They were not only absolutely thorough, but very friendly and super customer service oriented as well. They kept us updated throughout via the app and email, both. I took my vehicle for repairs it took them a month to get the job done . When I finally got my vehicle the paint started bubbling. The appointment was a long ways out because I wanted a loaner car so I opted out of a loaner thinking the process would be quicker because I need my vehicle. A week later when they said it would only take a couple of days my vehicle is still not ready. Leaving me to pay for Ubers . It’s just such an inconvenience.
