I had a terrible experience getting my Tesla repaired at this location. I expected updates on my car through the app, but I was never notified until I reached out. Poor customer service and equally low quality of work! Took 2 months and $12,500 to repair my Model S. Upon receiving it back the charge port door would no open due to poor alignment and had a big paint chip. Other damage included more paint chips, scratches, and broken parts (not previously damaged)! Messaging thru the app only resulted in a reply message to call the collision center. I called the collision center and left a voicemail. I was never contacted back!! The insurance adjuster sent a copy of the damage estimate to an estimator at the Tesla Collision Center. An email request for an appointment was forwarded to the "front desk"....who did not call and did not return a recorded voice message. I called the next collision center on the Tesla app...they say me immediately and will start the repair next week. Love the car! Hate the service.

Only place I would take my car for a repair. Service was EXCELLENT from the people we talked to. Easy to use, talk to, kept me up to date. Honestly the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to ask them to check window alignment at pickup and I’m not overly happy with hood alignment, but i live too far away to take it back for adjustment.
