I only gave one star because I couldn’t post without a star. My car has been at the center for over a week now and they haven’t begun the work yet. They never informed me that our insurance needed a 2nd claim filed. I filed days ago but the claim is still pending. According to the insurance company, they can’t approve the claim without an estimate. I’m beyond frustrated and have called them 4 times today and it goes to voicemail and the mailbox is full. Fantastic experience here! They fixed my new Y Juniper quickly and perfectly. They gave me a loaner Tesla with FSD!
They got me in quickly, communicated well throughout, and fixed my car like new! They even got me a loaner Model Y with FSD!
Not a great experience. Not only was the communication from the tesla collision center subpar at best but they told me they had very high quality control standards and after working on my car and telling me its ready I paid $40 to Uber there and 40 mins of my time getting there just for me to inspect the car myself and find a immediate flaw in the paint which they then said is gonna take a extra couple of days to fix which is just unacceptable after the multiple quality control checks they told me they were doing.
