The initial communication with staff at the centre in booking a test drive was excellent. When we attended there was a very friendly welcome. The store supervisor (Matt) we spoke with was excellent in telling us all we needed to know about the Model Y and purchasing process. The test drive and the car was brilliant. The whole experience was simply faultless and very enjoyable. Needless to say, I eventually bought a Model Y via the online process.

Amazing service received from Lance today, great customer service, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy, after the test drive we purchased straight away.
