Tried ringing their Auckland branch during the day, couldn't get past their automated system to talk to a salesman. If Tesla sees that as the way of the future then I'm happy to go to another competitors brand where I can talk to a real person.
Worst service ever . someone sold car o and did trade in my car at Green Expo on Saturday and said car will be ready on Tuesday and will share amount how much to pay on Monday because online was showing different amount. When i called customer service they said Afaq is on leave for 3 weeks and do online for whole process. When i was waiting for their staff to come back. Never expected that bad service . Not recommended to Use Tesla service
