While I understand that may be the only certified auto body shop in Staten Island by Tesla, quality of work performed is unacceptable. I stopped the shop on February 7th to request an estimate for my tesla. During this time, I spoke with Jimmy Barakat , shop menager and gave him all the necessary paperwork from Turo to complete estimate. They did an excellent job replacing my car mirror and fender. The results were fantastic, the price was very reasonable, and it was all completed the day after I dropped it off. I'm very happy I brought my car here!
Where do I even start. The service, the care, the attention to detail. Everyone here is so fantastic and wonderful. They were so flexible and accommodating and they repaired my car and made it look brand new! You would’ve never known my bumper fell off. Im about to buy another car just to have a reason to keep coming back!! The best.
