Why can’t these people give you an accurate time frame as to how long a service takes? I had a brake and filter service and was told twice it would take two hours max. In fact at drop off the desk guy said “guaranteed” it would be finished in 2 hours. No loaner offered. After more than 2 hours my spouse walks to the desk and told not ready for another hour. Greatest experience I’ve ever had
I live in Akron, and I picked up my Tesla 3 a few days ago in Lyndhurst and had a few questions about operating things on the car. I walked into service, and a service advisor, Johnny, walked me out to look for the sales person. Since he was not there, Johnny walked with me out to my car and nicely and patiently answered all of my questions. I was so impressed, Johnny was so helpful and had such a good attitude.
Brought my Model 3 to the Akron service center to fix a superbottle issue and address underbody damage from a rough driveway. While they resolved the superbottle, they handled the splash shield terribly. It was partially hanging when I arrived, but instead of fixing it or leaving it be, they detached the other side so it was completely dragging while I drove away.
