Brought my Model 3 to the Akron service center to fix a superbottle issue and address underbody damage from a rough driveway. While they resolved the superbottle, they handled the splash shield terribly. I was really hoping for a great experience. A standard of customer service should not be based on what you spend, but for context, the cost of repairs was just under $5000. They requested the car for three days and subsequently had it for two days. Best Service for the Best Vehicles!
I had a great experience at Tesla Service. My car was shaking at highway speeds, and Jake was able to get me in right away. The team quickly replaced the tire and performed a balance, resolving the issue efficiently. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and the service was impressively fast. The lounge area was also comfortable and a nice place to wait. Overall, excellent service—really appreciated how smooth and easy the whole experience was!
