There are just so few problems with these cars. Mine was a simple front camera issue. App said 2 hours. I almost had time to fall asleep in the waiting area before I got the notification that it was done. Friendly efficient and got me out the door in 10 minutes.
Jake and all his team have never disappointed me! I just recently went in for a faulty heater and felt like my only option was to wait on a scheduled appointment at Lyndhurst. That was not the case here. I informed Jake of the information and he proceeded to inform me that “You definitely need that” and took me in right away. I was not expecting my Model 3 to be fixed within the 24 hours of service request, however he did set me up with a loaner and took my car in without question. Excellent service department . The technical team gave me much better information than the website or the salesmen . I wanted to understand the models and a salesmen was no where to be found. These guys in the back are car guys. Elon would be proud . Thank you !
Jake and the service team are extremely well-lead & efficient. They were able to solve a noise problem that no other service center could find. I have always made the extra trip to visit the Fairlawn service center, as their competency is unmatched. With my experience at over 7 different service centers, this the example of how Tesla should be represented.
