This place has the greatest customer service i have ever dealt with. They always want too make sure you are taken care of. My battery wasnt charging and within the 1st minute of calling they said bring it in and they will have a loaner vehicle for me. Additionally I didnt get my key card back after picking my car up and again within 1 minute it was no problem come down we will program you another one. If they start a line of veteran medical facilities I will use Med Tesla over the VA when I retire.
I won't be buying a telsa. Toyota it will be! Set up an appointment to drive 2 models & after waiting like at a dr office for our appointment someone comes out & goes to a person that had just walked in. Then we're told they don't have 1 of the models we SCHEDULED TO DRIVE! Recommend we go to Cleveland?!?! Don't waste your time. A complete disappointment.
Extremely friendly staff. Wait times are a bit long, but no issues with performance.
Talk about experiencing the future! Sales team & service team are awesome 🤜🏼🤛🏼
Thanks Richie for helping my mother find her next vehicle — so professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions!
