The work is always done quickly and done well, and if there are any issues needing decisions or follow-up information, great care is taken to help you understand. Brought my model 3 here for a creaking noise. I was told replacing a front aero piece would fix it, paid $320, and the noise is still there. Spoke with the service manager Justin who promised to follow up, but I haven’t heard back in days. Paid for a repair that didn’t solve the problem and no response since. Very disappointing
They did an amazing job repairing my Tesla window on my birthday. I was freaking out after rock flew across highway. They were able to fix it beautifully and saved my birthday from being a total nightmare. Jake and the rest of the service department even vacuumed the glass out of the door for me. Highly recommended over our experience at other Tesla Service centers in the area. This location goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met.
They did an incredible job on some tough repairs I had. This is the best Tesla service center I have ever been to. They are usually extremely busy, booked for long hours, and they do spotless work. I’m impressed.
