We had an excellent experience working with Tesla salesperson “Shrey Shori”. He was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the purchase experience smooth and stress free. Had a great and easy experience. I had absolutely no intention of ever buying an electric vehicle, let alone a Tesla. I honestly went in just for fun and somehow walked out with a Tesla! Went to speak with someone about purchasing a Tesla. We walked in, and right off the bat, we knew we weren’t going to have a good experience. They were short-staffed and extremely busy. The sales guy who approached us was only partially listening to what our needs were and what we were looking to spend. He proceeded to tell us about a car that was $10,000 over our budget and didn’t meet what we were looking for. If you have the time to wait, go ahead and buy it! They kept changing the delivery date; then, the day before I was supposed to pick up the car, they sent the one I had reserved to Houston. They asked if I wanted to go to Houston to get the car or wait another month... They are constantly wasting the customer's time!
