Horrible customer service, no human to talk to, imagine your only option fix post purchase problems is email only with 8 business days wait time🤢🤯🤦🏻‍♂️

I am extremely disappointed the experience was very very scary. While I was driving on the highway. Multiple (around 5-6) yellow alerts started beeping. It stated alerts like AEB disabled, ABS disabled, stability control disabled, automatic vehicle hold disabled, lane departure avoidance feature unavailable, and traction control reduced "proceed with caution". i would give zero stars if possible. i got a brand new car with scratches on it, but they can’t do anything about it? the workers were also annoyed that i pointed it out. on top of that we made an appointment and they changed it last minute the night before without any notice.. if you can avoid getting a tesla i would, i only purchased because my family wanted it. seems like im not the only upset customer here today. almost everyone seems unhappy which makes a lot of sense.

Bunch of egoistic people, who thinks they own Tesla and not work for Tesla. Rude behavior specially the sales team is the worst I don’t know about service but the sales team is the worst. No help in ordering, don’t pick up calls. If you are set on buying Tesla buy from other location . This is place where egoistic people work ! Very bad really rude folks trying to cut customers while they are asking questions , I wish I could report them somewhere else !!!!! Worst I wish I could give negative stars
