Wish other automobile locations were more like this. People here are passionate but not pushy. Lots of cool stuff to see and hear about. Good place to test drive for yourself. Clean and modern lobby/showroom. Good refreshments. Only little gripe is that it can be hard to get more uncommon requests addressed, like accessory returns, but once you find the right person, things are very smooth. Overall positive experiences here
Scam ‼ alert ‼ I was a paying subscriber of Tesla's Windshield Protection Plan ($16/mo) for nearly a year — paid every month from Oct 2025 through Aug 2026, and this exact service center repaired a windshield chip under the plan at no charge in Oct 2025. Then the plan silently "expired" in Sept 2026: no email, no app notice, no failed-payment warning. My card on file was valid the whole time.
