Just wanted to drop a line on how great help Danial was when my son and I worked with him on getting our Model 3 and Mdlodel y. Danial was professional, friendly and honest and worked hard on resolving post order issues with my Model Y. Just want to say thank you Daniel for all of your help!
If I can leave 0 stars I would. Jessica and that other guy have horrible customer service. I scheduled a 48 demo drive that has been confirmed for weeks now. Even confirmed 2 days prior. I drove almost an hour out to this location to pick it up and when I come in I was received with a very bad attitude from the tall guy Brushing me off from the start stating that I was there yesterday when I wasn’t, then going on to say they don’t offer test drives anymore. I had such a wonderful experience picking up my new Tesla on Saturday at 5pm. The man who helped me (I do not remember his name😕)was so nice and thorough in explanation. Made my first new car experience feel so special! Thank you so much!
