I brought my car for service and was told that it would take approximately 45 minutes and that I would be called once the service was complete. I sat in the lounge for 1.5 hours before I decided to get up and ask about the status of my car. The employee told me that the car was finished sitting outside in the parking lot. I want to recognize Ruben, a service advisor at Tesla Aliso Viejo, for his outstanding professionalism and care. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a genuinely comforting presence, which is especially important in a service role.
