I spoke to Brian the service manager at Aliso Viejo in the morning. I explained to him that my daughter's 2022 tesla low voltage light came on. He told me to have my daughter bring it in before 2pm and ask for him and he'll get her taken care of. My daughter showed up and Brian delivered. Thank you very much for making it easy and fast. I went her to test drive the Model 3 and worked with Hunter. Hunter was great - let us drive both the 3 and Y, and answered all of our questions to help identify the right one for our needs. Very friendly and helpful - recommend coming here!
Friendly Staff. However, quality control for vehicle repair is subpar! Do not pick up vehicle after hours check their work throughly even in the dark with a flashlight during business hours. Always remember their techs are more like GeekSquad than a Certified Automobile Mechanic.
I had an outstanding experience with Nicholas Cha at Tesla Service. Nicholas was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process with my Tesla Model S. He took the time to answer all of my questions, carefully looked into every detail, and kept me updated while researching a complex issue.
