They have a great combination of being extremely busy and also extremely helpful. I ran over in elk and showed up with no air conditioning and they managed to work me through a process and get an unbelievably reasonable price to get everything fixed. I've had great experiences at most Tesla service centers and this is also a phenomenal one. I highly recommend them. They're good people and you know me. I travel everywhere in a Tesla so I should know
