Great service manager knows his stuff, the staff really seems to enjoy themselves I would contribute to the manager. Friendly environment unlike the Costa Mesa Tesla service center. The management there needs to be re-evaluated.
Has the audacity to threaten to charge “storage fees” after missing their deadline for repair by 4 days and I couldn’t pick up with 8 hour notice. Completley missed their estimate by nearly 3x.
Where to begin, pretty unbelievable. The salesman was extremely great and friendly. Had bought a Tesla Model S and was trading my car in. For a near perfect car with a few scratches, the initial offer was 11,500. After a day the quote came back around $600 lower. I disputed it as not only is my car worth more to begin with, I was only buying the Tesla contingent upon my initial offer. They refused. Though nervous about the digital approach to purchasing a Tesla Model Y, setting up a Tesla app for the car, etc., we were pleasantly surprised and grateful To Emilie D who led us safely through the process of a trade in, patiently explaining and answering questions, and guiding us through both the normal and full self driving experience.
