Very disappointed with my experience today. I had a demo drive appointment for the Tesla Model Y and arrived on time, but after waiting for over 30 minutes, I was told there was no Model Y available for a demo drive today. If there was no vehicle available, why was the appointment available to book in the first place? My experience with Tesla Norwalk has been extremely frustrating. My vehicle contract was canceled on August 16, 2026, and as of September 11… 26 days later… I still have not received my $5,000 down payment back. I visited a Tesla location on September 2 around midday to resolve this in person. javier duran was an excellent salesperson the and the team that supported him were great! the entire process beginning to end was so easy and fast it makes the traditional car buying process laughable in comparison. i was a walk in saturday morning with just casual interest and a list of questions but i left that afternoon the owner of a new vehicle. amazing experience!
