Do not work with Jayden Chavez. When I purchased my Tesla, he entered the wrong email address on my account. Instead of correcting the mistake, I was told that I needed to create and use the incorrect email address or risk losing my $500 deposit. I was assured the issue would be fixed after delivery. 06/09/2026 I was extremely excited to purchase my Tesla, but unfortunately the in-store pickup experience completely ruined what should have been a very exciting day. From the very beginning, the process was disorganized and unnecessarily frustrating.
