I’m helping my dad with the Tesla buying process and called Tesla Charlottesville to get a couple of questions answered. Salesman James Taylor answered my call and after speaking to me for a few minutes offered to call my dad as I am in a different state. He has literally spent hours on the phone with him answering questions and walking him through every step with professionalism and patience. My dad is 80 and loves cars and I’m not sure I’ve ever seen him this excited about a new car. Thank you James for your time and help.
Had an amazing experience buying our first tesla. It's crazy how far Tesla is ahead of the rest of the automtive brands. From doing the test drive without a sales person, to Luke walking us through the full application process and steps, everything was amazing. Luke truly made us feel special, and was patient with us as we worked through financing, and went out of his way to get it done. So thankful for the Tesla team and we have never been more excited ot pick up our new car.
I had such a great experience leasing a model Y Tesla with Luke at Tesla in Charlottesville. The test drive convinced me I had the right car. He used every opportunity and offer to get the lowest price- including a discount for nurses! I was planning to buy, then he saw it was a less expensive to lease with the same buyout at the end of the lease. My model 3 saved my life, so I already loved the home service and safety of Tesla.
