I just reserved a Tesla and picked it up a few days ago, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. James Taylor, my sales rep, checked in multiple times throughout the process and even reached out after I picked it up to make sure everything was going well. Great experience in the new Tesla Charlottesville showroom. All the staff in the store were very helpful throughout the buying process. Lance, in particular, took great care in helping us navigate some issues with securing a new Model Y. Overall a great store and great people. See them before ordering online!!
Wow, can't say enough about the staff here. Our Sales person Luke was outstanding, very knowledgeable and patient and answered all of our questions. Hope they get a service center and allow deliveries here in the future.
My experience with Tesla has been excellent! Cantrel (Luke), At the Charlottesville showroom went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I was looking for. I’ve been very pleased with my new model Y and the service that came with it!
I was greeted by Luke when I arrived. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He set me up for a test drive in the vehicle I was interested in. It was a very favorable experience.
