I couldn’t have ask for a better experience. Wife and I went to just look and was buying right after test drive. Luke Cantrell was great, he took the time to explain the car and answer questions with patience and great knowledge. This has been our first Tesla and now that we’ve had it for the month, I can’t imagine not having it. Thanks Luke you been great!
What a amazing experience! Luke went out of his way to acomadate me. Answered all my questions and got me exactly what I was looking for. I honestly thought it wasn't going to happen and Luke got it all taken care of. I love my car and can't see me ever buying brand of car. I am a true convert!
5 Stars – Had an awesome experience with Luke at Tesla Charlottesville! I was looking for the updated Model Y Juniper, and Luke went above and beyond to track one down. He remotely identified the exact spec I wanted at the Baltimore, MD. location and handled the entire coordination with their sales team for a seamless handoff. If you want a rep who is proactive and makes the process effortless (even across state lines), ask for Luke. Highly recommended!
We wanted to share our experience getting a Tesla in our lives. Our sales associate James Taylor was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable that it was infectious. He was so kind, polite and followed through wish such grace and understanding of our needs. The Model Y exceeded our expectations! We love it! We are true fans of our Tesla and of James! .
