5 Stars – Had an awesome experience with Luke at Tesla Charlottesville! I was looking for the updated Model Y Juniper, and Luke went above and beyond to track one down. He remotely identified the exact spec I wanted at the Baltimore, MD. location and handled the entire coordination with their sales team for a seamless handoff. If you want a rep who is proactive and makes the process effortless (even across state lines), ask for Luke. Highly recommended!
We wanted to share our experience getting a Tesla in our lives. Our sales associate James Taylor was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable that it was infectious. He was so kind, polite and followed through wish such grace and understanding of our needs. The Model Y exceeded our expectations! We love it! We are true fans of our Tesla and of James! .

Incredible experience at the Tesla dealership thanks to James. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Tesla salespeople don’t work on commission, but I honestly wish they did because James absolutely deserves it. The self-driving car experience was unreal — it truly felt like something straight out of a sci-fi movie and completely blew me away. One of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location and working with James!
