Great service from the staff when I was picking up my car. They were able to get it to me a little ahead of time
Well, technology when used correctly is marvelous. Appointment was at 230pm, I got there early and they accommodated me accordingly. Confirmed my appointment and got down to business…Once the job started an appropriate time for completion of the service was sent to my phone ..Get this .. there is no paperwork.. all done through my phone . I've been with Tesla for more than 5 years and owned 4 vehicles now. Still holding on 3. This is the worst experience I ever received from Tesla Service Center, I've worked with Chris and Amanda, which they deliver the best service ever. So the story is I arrived 20 mins late this time due to heavy traffic. I came from 10 miles away which usually takes me 20 mins to get there.
