Do not buy a used Tesla! They do not inspect them! Literally one week after I took delivery I received a low pressure notification. Took them to a tire shop and they had wire sticking out.
Leilani is the person you want to buy from. She is patient, knowledgeable and attentive! My first time test driving a tesla and she explained everything in detail to me and I was comfortable driving all myself! She stayed overtime on a Sunday evening to help us with documentation!!!! I had an issue on the road with my Cybertruck. Tesla Encinitas took us in right away, provided a loaner and we were out the door within 30 minutes.
I went there yesterday and was wanting to test drive a Tesla The young guy that helped me was so apathetic and unhelpful he just basically handed me the car and let me go for a test drive he didn't care to seem to sell it at all he didn't tell me about any of the features in the vehicle. I felt like I was inconveniencing him not sure why he's in sales
Trying to explain to Elijah that I have brought my car in for the same issue 3 times and I need a loaner. He says no. When I asked to speak to manager, he says you can talk to him when you come in. Unacceptable. Who hires these guys! We purchased 4 Teslas since 2019. Huge mistake. Never again. Chevy has better service than these incompetent people.
