Had a great experience at Tesla Encinitas! I was visiting from abroad and came in for a test drive. Danny was very friendly, welcoming, and fun to talk to. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting the area!
Worst tesla service ever
I had a service appointment at the Tesla Service Center in Encinitas, California today at 12:00 PM for a tire balancing on my vehicle. I arrived on time, dropped my vehicle off at the designated check-in point, and completed the drop-off process through the Tesla app as instructed. I also received a notification through the app stating that my vehicle would be ready for pickup at 1:30 PM. I visited with my wife and son and it was incredible Cybertruck demo drive at Tesla Encinitas today. The self-driving feature was surprisingly smooth, safe, and highly polished. A huge thanks to Danny for the warm welcome and detailed explanations. He made the entire experience seamless and worry-free, so we could just focus on enjoying the ride.
