Had service performed on my Y launch edition front camera went out taking full self driving and other safety features off-line. Everything worked fine until I drove about 86 miles then it failed again. Overall service was very good except now more troubleshooting needs to be done to fix the problem which runs deeper than a mere camera replacement. I’m a loyal Tesla owner and investor who recently visited the service center and was deeply disappointed. The staff’s appalling attitude and unprofessional behavior stood out, especially during my visit when they rudely dismissed my warranty concern about an 8+mm gap at the charging port (versus a 4mm gap on the other side)—a clear manufacturing defect—insisting it’s only covered if reported within one year, despite the transferable warranty terms. Fantastic service. My favorite service center. The guy at the desk is super nice and helpful. Best waiting area of all the service centers I have been to and there is a Chipotle nearby.
