I visited the service center regarding heavy vibrations at higher speeds. After a seamless online experience, I was greeted by friendly staff who provided excellent care. I really appreciate the honesty of the employees here, informing me that the estimated $600 repair is largely a mild cosmetic/annoyance issue rather than a safety concern. It’s becoming increasingly rare to find honest people these days, and I’m just glad that I found some at this shop!

Had service performed on my Y launch edition front camera went out taking full self driving and other safety features off-line. Everything worked fine until I drove about 86 miles then it failed again. Overall service was very good except now more troubleshooting needs to be done to fix the problem which runs deeper than a mere camera replacement. The staff’s appalling attitude and unprofessional behavior stood out, especially during my visit when they rudely dismissed my warranty concern about an 8+mm gap at the charging port (versus a 4mm gap on the other side)—a clear manufacturing defect—insisting it’s only covered if reported within one year, despite the transferable warranty terms.
