I am deeply dissatisfied with the performance of the Tesla Santa Fe Service Center. I have been a loyal Tesla owner since 2020. My first vehicle was a Model 3, followed by a 2022 Model S, and most recently I took delivery of a new 2026 Model S. Extremely unprofessional rude My car was backed into a handicap place after repairs. My car was front bumper, touching the blue handicap Curb and I told him so if you mess up my bumper, are you guys replacing it? He said I use the sensors even though he’s way past the curb on top of it. Never again will I come back
Went in for a test drive. They let me borrow a Cybertruck all day! It was a quick, painless, experience. My daughter and I had snacks while they set up my account on the Tesla app and even preprogrammed my route to the zoo in ABQ because I had mentioned I we were headed there. I highly recommend you stop in if you’re curious about the self driving capabilities of a Tesla. FYI… free charging is included with your test drive and going from 20% charge to 80% only takes a few minutes at a supercharger.
