What was supposed to be an exciting day to pick up my brand new Tesla turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. I had a scheduled appointment to pick up my car at 12 PM. I even called twice before my appointment and was reassured both times that my vehicle would be ready on time.
