Impossible to get through here. Tesla Customer service does not allow any representative to answer other than a bot. Impossible to have non-standard questions addressed. Very poor customer service.
Great local service center.
Incredible staff, can’t comment on the company leadership, but the local dealership teams are fantastic and so helpful to get things done. Not everyday you have a front end team and back of office teams work so fast to help the customer get problems resolved asap. Huge shoutout to Francisco on the Delivery Pick-up team for helping out with a last minute trade-in adjustment and getting things settled in an afternoon
