Incredible staff, can’t comment on the company leadership, but the local dealership teams are fantastic and so helpful to get things done. Not everyday you have a front end team and back of office teams work so fast to help the customer get problems resolved asap. Huge shoutout to Francisco on the Delivery Pick-up team for helping out with a last minute trade-in adjustment and getting things settled in an afternoon

Excellent Tesla Service – Battery Replacement I had a great experience with Tesla Service after my battery was diagnosed as non-functioning at around 77,000 miles. The team responded quickly, kept everything smooth and stress-free, and the replacement was fully covered under warranty. Getting a loaner was simple—everything handled seamlessly through the app. Big thumbs up to both the local service center and corporate support. Truly impressed with the customer care!

What was supposed to be an exciting day to pick up my brand new Tesla turned into one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. I had a scheduled appointment to pick up my car at 12 PM. I even called twice before my appointment and was reassured both times that my vehicle would be ready on time. But when I arrived, not only was my car not ready, they hadn’t even started preparing it until noon, the exact time of my appointment!
