After dealing with the Horrible Heritage Jeep dealer of Harrisburg PA I'm taking the time to express how great it was buying my wife's Tesla Y last year. Jeep really needs to step it up! How can I buy a $55K plus Tesla on my phone, confirm a pickup time, transfer funds and just pickup the new car with no problems. Great job Tesla and Tesla of Paramus, NJ. Tesla has made it clear this is the only way to buy a car!
Service center sucks. They fix one problem but give your back with new problems/broken panels. I gave my car in to service and they left the car extremely dirty, scratched in the dashboard. Top of that they didn’t give me a loaner. Terrible service center
This place gives me cult vibes. Sam the manager talks about the company as a "family". I wouldn't let my son or daughter work there. They also fire their highest earning salespeople every two years and replace them with entry-level people as a way to lower their expenses.
