I have recently joined and eveyone is so welcoming and motivating which has helped me push my training to the next level!!!!
Amazing Team at TESGO also it’s a great community! I’ve not done any high intensity or gym workouts before but team and members always help with techniques.
I recently joined TESGO and have been training for just over a week now and I can honestly say I walk out of each session/class feeling so happy. Since day one Clayton, Cristian, Katie and Caisha have been so welcoming. They are always so happy to see me and have worked hard to build a place that feels like home, is safe and you always get a sense of belonging no matter who you are.
