I’ve been training at TESGO for 3 weeks now, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of it. The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything you need. What sets this gym apart is the atmosphere. It’s welcoming, non-judgmental, and full of positive energy. The trainers are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful
I have recently joined and eveyone is so welcoming and motivating which has helped me push my training to the next level!!!!
Amazing Team at TESGO also it’s a great community! I’ve not done any high intensity or gym workouts before but team and members always help with techniques.
