Please avoid. Up there with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. They were the company employed by my new build company to fit the lights. Within the year one was broken and one needed a light bulb changed but I didn’t have any instructions on how to do it. Fair enough, these things happen. You would think this would be an easy issue to resolve but 4 months later despite me speaking to them on phone calls where they promise they will call back that day and my builders emailing them and escalating it as a co... read more
