I called for 4 yards of top soil. They promptly delivered it. I claim that the volume of top soil was less than 4 yards. I called and wrote the company stating my complaint. They refused to mediate the matter with me. The owner kept calling me. However I replied by stating all communications should be in writing so there is a track record. I have been receiving such products by many vendors over the years. This is the first time I have complained of being shorted.
