A once premium car wash is now absolute trash. The car wash is way overpriced. On top of that, the water pressures are way different than what they used to be. The wax is now low pressure and half the wands are broken. The soaps and chemicals are more diluted than ever. When asked about it, the attendant said “no one complained before you” … so obviously it must be fine and I’m just making this stuff up, right? I was a regular customer of over 20 years and I won’t be returning.
