Their spot free rise somehow leaves more hard water spots than not using it at all.. go to chappelle car wash instead, its way better
The machine said 12$ when I hit the stop button but it charged the full preauthorization cost of 25.01. I went back, and they didn’t have record of my credit card being used at all, despite the charge being clearly labeled on my end. I thought potentially my visa just needed a minute to register the actual cost but two days later, I am still charged 25$. Not happy.
Went in for a wash, I stopped the wash when the machine was at $7. Checked my credit card the next day and seen I was charged $25. Don’t go here it’s a scam, you’ll be way overcharged

This place is an absolute scam!! Stay away! If you use your credit card, it automatically gets charged $25.01 per car wash regardless of the time. I had no idea this was happening for the longest time until I looked at my recent statements. They have no customer service either. 5 minute car wash said $6 on the screen but $25.01 on the bank statement.
