11/13/20-When in store at 5pm today, there were many customers not wearing masks. Half the people (men, children) were not wearing masks. When I asked the manager if they required customers and staff to wear masks, he said staff wear masks and customers are required to wear masks but if they don’t have a mask on, they don’t offer them one or ask them to leave. I am done here until they grow a spine and protect their staff and safety conscious and fragile customers.
I enjoy the sales and fresh produce but I think the prices on items is ridiculously pricey!

I have always enjoyed giving my business to Tersteegs for birthday cakes and such but I will never do it again! I ordered both my kids birthday cakes on Tuesday for a combined party on Saturday and they called today (Friday) at 10:30AM saying they couldn't make them after I was in contact with them all week and spoke with someone this morning about it as well! They never once said anything about not being able to make them! I will never give my business to them again!
