Very disappointing experience. I am a repeat customer and they completely lost my script, making me feel like I was at fault or just trying my luck. After all the hassle and embarrassment, they suddenly called back saying they had “found” my script and that I could now come pick it up. Totally unprofessional and frustrating — this is not how customers should be treated.
Small post office section for receiving parcels and eBay returns.
