Arrived 7pm for a 7:25pm appointment for my vaccine, only to find out that they cannot accommodate me due to my request, because they were closing at 8pm. I have explained and encoded my request thru the pre screening form a day before the appointment.

Pharmacist Liz does an amazing and thorough job, when I am in need of medications 💊 or have queries regarding it, she not only helps me understand but goes out of her way to call and let me know what's going on in the moment.
