Staff was really helpful and helped us find what we were looking for.
I bought medicine from Footscray from same Terry white chemist in Footscray they charged me $19.99 when I bought the exact same medicine here they charged $25. How this works ? When I complained they said ok we will price match. So if I didn't notice and complained they were out to rip me off. Well I will avoid this chemist. I suggest to anyone to price check with other chemists before you go to them.
"I had a disappointing experience at TerryWhite Chemmart Woodlea. I felt pressured into buying a product that I didn't end up using. When I tried to return it, the return was refused. I understand stores have policies, but I was unhappy with how the situation was handled and the pressure I felt during the purchase.
