If If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased medication from this pharmacy that appeared to have already been opened. After taking it, it did not seem to be working as expected. I called the pharmacy to explain the situation and spoke with the pharmacist, Jeff. Unfortunately, I found him to be dismissive and rude. He said he couldn't verify that the medication had been opened and told me to contact the manufacturer instead of raising the issue with the pharmacy. A chemist who truely cares about its customers
Even though it was 10 minutes to closing, i was greeted with a smile. However, unlike other chemists, they don't put the price on their labels. Checking the bill later on, my two prescriptions usually cost me $24.98 elsewhere but were $36.96 here! If my maths is right, that's 48% more They were the same brands too.
I have been living in the area for many years, staff are friendly and very helpful.
