27 Feb ‘26 (Lunch Time) Waited almost 30 minutes (no updates, not even checked on me once at the waiting area, 5 people behind me on the queue got their order already). I cancelled my order and left because i waited too long. Staff did not even apologize. Terrible customer service. (Not even worth a star rating)
The woman at the counter, named Carolyn, was rude and unhelpful. She did not answer the question I asked and continued to be rude, making unnecessary comments. I called to speak with the store manager but was unsuccessful and will ring again. I have always felt welcomed in the past and have dealt with lovely staff, this is the first time I have dealt with this person, and it was very disappointing.
Was served tonight by the most helpful and friendly pharmacist. She went above and beyond to help us, clearly a very knowledgeable and professional young person
