Extremely dissatisfied with the service at this Terry White Chemmart. Booked a vaccination on Monday 14th March for today at 9:00am. Waited to be served with no one else in store then to be told that they do not do vaccinations on Wednesdays. No apology given, just told to rebook for another date. Well won't be re-booking with Terry White Chemmart. Disgraceful customer service
Exteremely Dissatisfied. I wanted to book a flu vaccine so I called the store as I couldn't do online. The pharmacist said that I don't need to book and can come straight away. I went there and they asked me wait in the clinic. I waited for about 12 min. I went to the front then asked the wait time they told 2 minutes. I also told them that if it was going to take long time I will come some other day. They confirmed that the the wait time is only couple of minutes. So I waited for another 10 min and stormed out of the store.... read more
