Not happy with your cosmetic sales promotion materials. The large yellow 30% off sign says that the discount applies to certain products only, but it is very difficult to know which ones they are! The exclusions listed were gift sets and discontinued lines; any other exclusions are a mystery. Finding out which products ARE included involves scanning the product at the register and 'seeing if a discount shows up' according to the sales person. They were unable to tell me in advance. I ordered for a chlorsig eye drop and they gave me ointment which I realised only after opening the box. When I went to exchange they made me pay for both saying you have opened the seal. And it’s not the fault of sales person giving me the ointment even though I ordered eye drop ? Sorry to say but very disappointing and frustrating service!!
Thanking God for the help received here today. They could give me the script I needed when doctors are all unavailable. Had really unhelpful experience with all the local pharmacists in kings Langley and Priceline Parramatta. Great to see there are still pharmacists who take the service they provide to community seriously and provide good staff who have time to listen and authority to help. Thank you.
My trip to Terry White Chemmart was an absolute pleasure. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Came in for a particular vitamin, the lady helped me find it straight away but recommended a better alternative to help with another issue I had. She’d helped save money and time- thank you to the lovely people at Terry White.
