Giving 2 stars only because the staff were pleasant and courteous. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Their prices are uncompetitive, and they refused to match Chemist Warehouse, even though the same product was only $4 cheaper there. In today's market, price matching is a basic way to retain customers, and their unwillingness to do so shows little regard for value or customer loyalty. Nice staffs and helpful pharmacists
I always seem to have a horrible experience with the ladies at the registers on weekends. Every time I come into the store, they appear to be talking negatively about customers and have a dismissive, unfriendly attitude. There is very little empathy or genuine customer care. Whenever I ask for assistance at the register, I'm brushed off and told to go to the back of the store instead.
