Wonderful staff, and assistance. Always go the extra mile.
Cannot believe the waiting time at this Pharmacy. Every time is over 30 minutes and today waiting for 1 hour. Left without medication and will not be returning!
Terry White at Winston Glades is absolutely amazing. I have never in my life come across a pharmacist like Mark or the staff that are so caring and willing to go above and beyond to help. If I could give them 20 stars I would. Please remember you are wonderful and very, very valued.

As someone who has been working in the pharmacy sector for the last 6 years across multiple pharmacies, I'm disappointed to have to say that I did not receive the level of customer service expected to be given to a customer. The one redemptive demonstration of good customer service was that I was able to ring up prior to my visit in store and have medication that was needed put on hold as it was the last left on the shelf.
