Disappointed in the way I was treated today when I walked into the store and asked for someone to speak to. The woman in black at the check out said “Yeah, me. What?’ in a very rude manner and then laughed. I trusted TW as a safe space to meet my medical needs and unfortunately that cashier woman couldn’t show basic kindness.
Yesterday I was made to feel like I was disgusting and was getting the 20 questions just for asking for a thrush tablet in which my Own GP said I could get just over the counter she may as well of said have you been around the block a few times because she was so abrupt and not very personal speaking in her manner as it was most certainly not quite I left feeling very uncomfortable.
This is honestly the BEST terrywhite I have ever been to!! The customer service is absolutely spectacular I would 100% recommend going there for all your chemist needs. The staff there always go above and beyond, always serving with a bright and warm smile even when it gets very busy. If I could give more stars I definitely would!
The young lady who served me was lacking in communication skills, judgemental, disinterested and spoke with a mopey tone. I was not being rude to them either. Asked if they price match, "We price match with Chemist Warehouse", asked if they do with Priceline. "Let me check", they scanned the item. I booked flu vaccine for my kid today. I have completed forms and all details online. I waited for the pharmacist to chitchat with precious customer, then to the toilet, when its finally our turn, she couldn't find the form online, so we have to fill in all the details again. She was unfriendly the whole time. I won't go to this shop ever again.
