Extremely disappointing experience with the pharmacist here, made considerably worse by discovering that months later she appears to still be turning people away based on the same misunderstanding about Medicare. So friendly and super fast scripts!
I called to get prescription the women in black she was very abrupt and really nasty to me. I've never been spoken to like that in my 80 years She ended up walking away from me with the words (Whatever). As I wasn't sure if she was going to get my script I left went straight home. and cancelled my membership. As in all honesty I couldn't walk back into that chemist dreading getting that women again serving me. Being on my own since my husband died things like this really upset me. Very disappointed today. Went in with my 2 daughters for some advice, staff member who served us was extremely rude and dismissive. Even spoke over me to talk to another staff member and no apology. I ended up leaving and went to another pharmacy who was much more helpful. We won't be visiting your store again.
